Yoga Nidra
The Exquisite Art of Awakened Rest
Known as the ancient Indian practice of yogic sleep, a complete relaxation of body and mind, allowing only an inner awareness of the spirit to be discovered and given attention.
To serve you.
It’s a way to totally relax as you’re guided into a visualisation to explore the qualities of self-care and self-nourishment. It's a practice that can help improve sleep, relieve stress and increase your energy and creativity.
Awakened rest is different from ordinary sleep because it simultaneously restores the body and nourishes consciousness, giving the practitioner both rejuvenation and clarity. In other words, you emerge from Yoga Nidra refreshed, balanced and more aligned with your inner self, not groggy or disconnected.
We often lead busy schedules at work and home, with long to-do lists and responsibilities in all areas of life. Sometimes we crash and need a reset. Yoga Nidra is where it all comes to a standstill, giving yourself the opportunity to recuperate. To integrate a sense of belonging. To feel at home within ourselves by honouring the subtle voice within and creating a loving, cozy feeling of wholeness.
"Yoga Nidra is a horizontal meditation upon the threshold of sleep, a conscious way to rest that invites you to nourish every aspect of yourself. It may look as if absolutely nothing is happening, but the deepest of restoration is occurring."

There’s no set number of sessions required, as each person responds differently. Some feel a noticeable shift after a single session, while others benefit from a short series to deepen rest, regulation and integration. Sessions are available in 40 or 60 minutes, with the option to book individual sessions or packs of 5 or 10 for ongoing support.

These sessions offer moments of quietude where deep rest meets healing, held in a shared and supportive space. Group sessions, as a single modality or with Reiki, are offered regularly, creating an accessible way to experience the calming and restorative effects of these practices. Group sessions invite collective regulation, rest and reconnection as an alternative or in support to the 1:1 work.
