Terms of service:

Refunds:

All bookings are pre-paid and final. There are no refunds. All payments made for readings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable for other services.

Reschedule requests:

Bookings are confirmed once paid 48 hours prior to the requested appointment. All appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to receive a credit note valid for one month within the cancellation date. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for rebooking.

No shows:

There is a 15min wait for late shows. This time is part of your booked consultation and not in addition to it. If you fail to attend your appointment on the day and time of your appointment or you turn up later than 15mins following the start time, your reading will be recorded and sent to you, instead of rescheduled. The time of your recording will be the length of your original booking minus the 15mins waiting time. If you turn up later than 15 mins following the booked start of your session, you will not be admitted to the zoom room.
